  • Jak and Daxter Will Be Available On The PS4 Soon

Jak and Daxter are returning, but not in a new standalone, oh no, they're coming back, revamped. Well, their games (Jak and Daxter, Jak II, Jak 3 and Jak X: Combat Racing) are coming to the PS store for PS4 later this year, according to the latest post by Sony on the PlayStation blog.

Like other PS2 games on PS4, you can expect 1080p up-rendering, Trophy support, Share Play, Remote Play, and Activity Feeds.

Piscotty agrees to $33.5 million, 6-year with Cardinals
That means he's not arbitration-eligible until after the 2018 season and isn't slated for free agency until after the 2021 season. This deal, for six years and $33.5 million, includes 2017 and runs through 2022, plus an option year in 2023.

This isn't the first time some of these Jak and Daxter installments have received a facelift.

If you don't recall, the Jak and Daxter is a game series centred around two protagonists, one of which was accidentally transformed into an Ottsel, a half otter, half weasel. For those who don't remember, Jak X was the racing game where you were able to select from numerous characters from the series as you raced them in customizable dune buggy-like vehicles.

Utilise his legendary gadgets in Virtual Reality to unravel a plot that threatens the lives of Batman's closest allies. Well, that will be the case no longer- it seems like Batman: Arkham VR is PlayStation VR exclusive no more.

Yes it's a lot of work, but if Naughty Dog is not going to port the HD versions alongside a properly-made HD remaster of Jak X with online multiplayer, then why bother?

Sony has not revealed a release date for the four titles, although they have confirmed that they will arrive later this year. Long before the studio embraced blockbuster Hollywood production values, it was among the most prolific PlayStation developers behind exploration-heavy platforming games filled with cartoon characters.
