"People are beginning to recognize me around the city and know that I'm running for mayor", Albanese said.

"I've never supported congestion pricing".

Incumbent Bill de Blasio is running for a second term, and is now focused on claiming victory in the Democratic primaries to be held on Tuesday, September 12.

They were the only candidates who raised and spent enough in campaign funds to qualify for the debates.

Albanese, meanwhile, endorsed the Move New York plan.

"People should not be urinating on people's stoops!" "He refuses to go to Yankee Stadium", Albanese said.

It turned negative, as 90 investors sold BIIB shares while 341 reduced holdings. 18 funds opened positions while 38 raised stakes. The Firm operates through subsidiaries, which include South West Water Limited, Bournemouth Water Limited and Viridor Limited.

De Blasio went on to criticize an alternative proposal for subway funding, recently endorsed in broad strokes by Governor Andrew Cuomo.

"You don't achieve all those things without managing the hell out of the situation", de Blasio said.

Albanese pointed out thousands city police officers turned their backs on the mayor as he eulogized two officers killed by a man who cited the 2014 death of Eric Garner in police custody in Tompkinsville. He's so proud of his record that "you'd assume they'd be having parades out in the streets", the New York Post reports. Developers plan and build housing to make a profit: if zoning regulations or income restrictions are too stringent, then there is no incentive to build.

De Blasio said that, looking ahead, he sees Senators Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) as the future of the Democratic Party.

"They know that there's (sic) more cops on the beat, they know they've gotten more equipment, more protective gear from this administration", he told New York Magazine. He would "abandon and scrap" de Blasio's plans to rezone areas across the city to spur affordable housing, including Bay Street on the North Shore.

"I want to build true affordable housing that the people in these neighborhoods can afford", Albanese said.

Tom Brady to Isaiah Thomas: "Keep in Touch"
Well who would you want to define you? In fact, the piece is headlined: " This is for Boston ". I don't know, it's hard to explain. "But that won't just be "the team I used to be on".

During the second debate, hosted by CBS 2 News at the CUNY Graduate Center in Manhattan, the candidates fielded questions about key issues facing New Yorkers, including policing issues, campaign finance and ethics, de Blasio's connections to real estate developers, reforming schools and preparing for storms.

"What's been hardest is the way our legal system is structured to favor private property", the mayor said. They also clashed on the statue of Christopher Columbus and the mayor's new committee reviewing all statues in the city. The statue was gifted to the city after a fundraiser by Italian Americans in 1892. The mayor did say he wouldn't change the name "Columbus Day" on the city school calendar.

"We need a higher standard for a mayor than not being indicted", Albanese said.

Albanese represented southern Brooklyn from 1983 to 1998 and is now a practicing lawyer.

Then acknowledging that both the federal and state probes ended early this year with no prosecutions, he added, "He was not indicted because the pay-to-play laws are murky".

In a spirited interview with editors from NYC Community Media and its sister company, Community News Group, on August 31, Albanese delivered a harsh assessment of the incumbent, while laying out the ideas and qualifications he said make him the right choice in the September 12 primary.
