"The doctor said to me, 'Something looks amusing.' They said the spot looked pretty small".

In an interview with US WEEKLY, LARRY KING says that he was diagnosed and treated for lung cancer this SUMMER. "They said the spot looked pretty small". King said that he quit smoking almost 30 years ago, but the doctors said that the lung cancer likely stemmed from his previous years of smoking up to three packs a day. He was a smoker but gave it up after his heart attack in the 1980s.

Larry King has overcome lung cancer, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"The doctor said that tobacco from 30 years ago is still related to this lung cancer", reveals King.

Since the diagnosis, King has had 20 percent of the affected lung removed. Then the doctor says, "I see a little spot here".

"I have beaten so many things health-wise to feel this good now".
