Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017) with 4.7-inch display launched for Rs 7390

Samsung Galaxy J2 2017 Edition features a 4.7-inch qHD Super AMOLED display having a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. Under the hood is an unknown chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone features the company's signature Infinity Display, giving the screen more surface area for use with the S Pen. The phone is launched under the budget category and comes with a price tag of Rs 7,350.

Storage: Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017) comes with 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

Samsung silently launched the Galaxy J2 2017 in India, with the official announcement expected to follow soon.

The new Galaxy J2 (2017) edition come with 4G support, while the key highlight of the device is its Ultra Data Saving feature.

On the storage front, the Honor 6C Pro ships with 32GB of inbuilt storage , which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). The Honor 6C Pro gets the same 13-megapixel primary snapper on the rear panel as 6C and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.


Software: J2 (2017) runs on Android OS.

Front camera: The smartphone features a 2-megapixel selfie camera.

As for optics, the device is equipped with a 5MP rear autofocus camera with flash, as well as a 2MP front camera. In addition to rocking a Gorilla Glass 5 back panel, the phone also comes with a MIL-STD-810G compliant body that is also IP68-certified for dust and water resistance.

All of it is backed by a 2000mAh battery that Samsung claims can deliver up to around 9 hours of internet user, 41 hours of playback time and 12 hours of talktime.
